Strategy Session
A Strategy Session is a 60 minute consultation for the athlete that feels confident in their day-to-day nutrition and hydration strategy but is looking for guidance on what to do on the bike.
Have an "A" race you are planning for and want to develop specific fueling and hydration planning.
Are struggling to complete longer distances.
Are experiencing cramping, nausea, GI discomfort and/or poor recovery during training and/or racing.
Have hit a plateau in your training performance.
Feel like complete garbage after long or hard training sessions.
Want feedback on their fueling and hydration strategy from a sport dietitian.
